Wellsville Veterans

Dear Sirs:

Richard A. Black, my father, living at 2772 County Road 18 (Petrolia Road), Wellsville, is a WWII Vet. He was born and raised in the town of Ward, on a farm up on Wadsworth hill. He left the farm when he got out of the NAVY and went to work for the telephone company for more than 40 years. His wife Edith, my Mother, died in 2008. He has two sons Richard and James.
